| You
have the option to start a new (standard) test, a case
depth test, or to open an existing test case.
A standard
test takes
a
series
of
hardness
measurements.
A case
depth
test allows
you
to
plot
hardness
measurements
by
the
X/Y
coordinate
of
the
indentation
on
the
test
sample. Opening an existing test case allows you to recall a test that you have performed and saved previously. You can add new measurements to the saved results and images or you can just view the information that was collected. For our demo, we have selected 'Start a new case depth test'.
